The Kleen-Tex Way: Core Values and Fundamentals
Our Core Values are our declaration to all stakeholders. The five Core Values (Responsibility, Integrity, Communication, Development, and Community) are essential for building meaningful and ethical relationships with our customers, employees, and suppliers. They are our commitment to our internal organizational culture as well as to the external world around us.
To support our Core Values, we developed a series of Core Fundamentals that create and drive the working habits that will ensure our continued success. The Fundamentals are the foundation of our culture and are an integral part of our daily thinking, nurturing what we call the Kleen-Tex Way. Every employee is encouraged to live by these Fundamentals throughout the workday as well as in their personal life.
